Request For Proposal: Design and Development of Identity Provider (IdP) and Credit Converter-Extension for SHARE DAECTS Platform

The SHARE Programme is seeking a service provider or agency specialist to provide IT architecture design and development of the Identity provider (IdP) and the Credit Converter, which will be fully integrated with the Digital ASEAN-EU Credit Transfer System (DAECTS) platform currently in development. The addition of the DAECTS platform infrastructure is intended to support student mobility from 33 SHARE partner universities that will be implemented to support wider universities in the ASEAN region after the end of SHARE programme in December 2022.

 

The European Union Support to Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (SHARE) Programme is the EU’s flagship higher education programme with ASEAN. The objective of the SHARE Programme is to strengthen regional cooperation, enhance the quality, regional competitiveness and internationalisation of ASEAN higher education institutions contributing to an ASEAN Community in 2025 and beyond. It also aims to catalyse the transfer of ownership of programme outcomes to ASEAN entities and nominated organisations to be embedded within sustainable ASEAN-led structures and processes.
